Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Custom Arts Ltd.
Custom Arts Ltd is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Feeltracker app stores and processes data using Apple’s iCloud service. All data generated by the app is synced across your devices via iCloud, and Custom Arts Ltd does not have access to this data. You can control iCloud data storage through your device's iCloud settings. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that the Feeltracker app won’t work properly or at all.
The app does use a small number of third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. The app does not use any advertising, ad-network, or ad-targeting services (such as AdMob or similar).

You should be aware that there are certain things that Custom Arts Ltd will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Custom Arts Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, or if you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Similarly, Custom Arts Ltd cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. For example, you need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail of the Service, Custom Arts Ltd cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Custom Arts Ltd’s responsibility for your use of the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Custom Arts Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Custom Arts Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Profile Information (Optional)
The app lets you save an optional personal profile — currently your name, date of birth, and gender. You don’t have to fill any of this in; the core tracking features work without it. If you do, this information stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, just like the rest of your app data.
When you use an optional AI feature (see below), the app may include the relevant parts of your profile — such as your first name, age worked out from your date of birth, and gender — with the request so the AI can tailor its response. Only the profile fields needed for that request are sent, and only when you actively use an AI feature. You can edit or clear your profile, or turn off AI features, any time from inside the app.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of profile information you enter. Please don’t enter another person’s personal details without their permission.
Apple Health and Apple Intelligence (Optional)
The apps can optionally connect with Apple Health and, on supported devices, Apple Intelligence. Both are opt-in and can be turned off at any time from inside the app or iOS Settings.
Apple Health and Apple Intelligence are Apple services. Your use of them is also governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy, which apply in addition to these Terms. Custom Arts Ltd doesn’t see or store data processed by Apple Health or Apple Intelligence, and we can’t take responsibility for Apple’s services — for questions about those, please refer to Apple directly.
OpenAI API and AI Features (Optional)
Some AI features in our app are optionally powered by the OpenAI API. These features are strictly opt-in: you have to choose to use them, and you can turn them off any time.
When you use an AI feature, the app sends the relevant data to OpenAI for processing. This can include what you type, the specific readings or entries your question is about, and — if you’ve filled it in — limited profile context (first name, age, gender) so the AI can personalise its reply. AI-generated content can be imperfect or inaccurate, so please use judgment, especially for anything health-related.
By using an AI feature, you agree that:
- AI-generated content is for information only and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
- The data needed for your request, including any profile context you’ve chosen to save, will be sent to OpenAI and processed under their terms and privacy policy.
- You should not type anything into an AI feature that you wouldn’t be comfortable sharing on those terms.
- We may update, limit, or turn off AI features in the app at any time.
For OpenAI’s terms, see: OpenAI Terms of Use.
Medical Disclaimer
The Feeltracker apps are personal wellness tools for tracking your own data. They are not medical devices and don’t provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Content in the app, including anything generated by AI features, is for general information only. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions, changes to treatment, or anything urgent. If you think you’re having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
No Advertising
The apps don’t show ads or use any ad networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Arts Ltd accepts no liability in respect of advertising services, because none are used.
Subscriptions and Purchases
The apps are free to download. Optional premium features are available via in-app subscription or one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Your payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund arrangements are with Apple and governed by the Apple Media Services Terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Custom Arts Ltd’s total liability to you in connection with the app and these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us (via Apple) for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that can’t legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your Rights as a Consumer
If you’re a consumer, you have statutory rights under the laws of your country (for example, in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in the EU under consumer-protection directives; in California under the CCPA/CPRA). Nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be able to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. Before escalating, please contact us at support@feeltracker.com so we can try to sort things out.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please check this page every so often for changes. Continued use of the app after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2026 April 20th.
